I shoot this pic at 1.00am late night from the terrace of my friend. Its a Borivali Link road view. Rush was very low. Very few vehicles were passing by. Purposefully i took a vertical shot in accordance with Trail light.
In PS, I only increased some Saturation with sharpness, slightly cropped & tried some Vignette effect to focus on the Trail lights.

P.S. - Did not use tripod, though it was not a handheld shot.
